Early learning should be child's play (www.telegraph.co.uk)
The question remains: could such focused early learning do more harm than good? And if children do need preparing for school, shouldn't parents and nurseries/pre-schools be doing it?

I personally don't believe in too much structured learning for toddlers. Kids should play, honestly. Playing in the mud is much more fun than learning stuff they will eventually learn at school anyway. But they may not eve have another chance to play in the mud.
Good point troy. Playing is a lifelong process!
